Virtual Embodied EMDR therapy for Adults across Massachusetts

Because you are enough and your whole self deserves to embody that.

Do you ever find it difficult to stand on solid ground while the world is in constant motion around you? And no matter what you do, it never feels like enough?

The unpredictable nature of life can trigger a loss of control that feels overwhelming and sometimes you just can’t catch your breath. Maybe things are “fine,” but you question why your emotions often get the best of you.

We know life’s obstacles are unlikely to go away all together, but what if you were able to navigate them with more ease, curiosity and self-compassion?

My Approach

As a certified EMDR and dance/movement therapist, my approach is rooted in the restorative power of embodiment, mindfulness and a trusted, therapeutic relationship. By increasing awareness of our thoughts, emotions, beliefs, physical sensations and impulses, we can more readily access ways of feeling grounded and empowered in our lives. I offer a relaxed, trauma-informed and non-judgmental space to collaboratively expand on the strengths you already possess and shift the patterns that no longer serve you. Together, we can unlock your natural potential for healing and growth where you can root into your authentic self with confidence and ease.
