My Approach
As a certified EMDR therapist and Board Certified dance/movement therapist (BC-DMT), my approach is rooted in the healing power of embodiment, mindfulness, and genuine therapeutic relationship. When unwanted patterns of feeling, thinking, or behaving are rooted in past trauma, EMDR offers a powerful path forward — one that works with your body's natural capacity for healing, not against it.
I offer a warm, trauma-informed, and nonjudgmental space where we work collaboratively to build on the strengths you already have and gently shift what's no longer serving you. Together, we'll help you get unstuck — so you can move through the world with more confidence, ease, and trust in yourself.
